The project consists of the refurbishment of the existing three story terminal from curbside to security checkpoint including provisions for hotel expansion above Terminal E. The scope of work includes new elevators and escalators, floor finishes, wall and column cladding, exterior walls, ceilings, furnishings, lighting, signage and graphics, sound systems, air conditioning, and upgrading the life safety systems to render the facility in compliance with applicable codes and ADA. The project includes the Concessions Master Plan which contemplates the relocation of a majority of the current land side retail to new airside locations, increasing the area for passengers and support needs.
