Refurbishment of the existing hotel and design of new guest room wings in several phases. The scope of work includes : new lobby, front desk, hotel administration offices, cocktail lounge, business center and meeting/banquet rooms. The project includes modifications and improvements to the service and passenger elevator systems, life safety, accessibility, mechanical and electrical systems upgrades to bring the existing facility into compliance with applicable codes.
