The project consists of a new retail department store located at the east entry to the prestigious Miracle Mile shopping district of downtown Coral Gables. The site required a prominent building to complement the predominant Mediterranean style of Coral Gables while meeting Luria's needs for a low construction cost in accordance with their discount retail philosophy.
