Project Description:

The project consists of 25-year development projections for a mixed-use performing arts district, including arts and cultural venues, enhanced residential neighborhoods with high-rise apartments, courtyard housing, live-work units, suburban-style and high-rise Class A office buildings and industrial studios for the entertainment industry.
